The Bachelor’s Keira McGuire Slams Fame-Seeking Reality TV Stars

You read that right; The Bachelor & I’m A Celebrity star, Keira McGuire, has rolled her eyes at wannabe-famous reality tv applicants.

Speaking to the Daily Telegraph, Keira accused current applicants of signing up for the wrong reasons:

“They’re definitely going on there [for fame], which is disappointing.

"I had a guy came up to me and he said, ‘I’ve applied for The Bachelorette,’ and I said, ‘Why are you doing it,’ and he goes, ‘I’m not going to lie, but I want a profile,’ and it kind of annoyed me.”

Keira isn’t the only one speaking out about these fame-seekers. Hayden Kerr, the founder of My Casting Net (the site responsible for casting a variety of reality shows) says “some will apply for literally anything because they just want to be on television.”

To be honest, this news ain’t new.

Aussies have been signing up for reality shows claiming to look for love, adventure, and careers in both cooking and renovations for years...
