Michael Turnbull Says Tara & Sam Were Never Going To Last

Michael Turnbull Says Tara & Sam Were Never Going To Last Network Ten

We understand that Love Island isn't over yet and that Bachelor In Paradise finished ages ago, but this is important!

Bachelor fans were devastated when they found out that Tara and Sam had ended their engagement, months after that majestic proposal in Fiji.

Tara has since deleted all photos of Sam from her Instagram and Sam, well, he was just heartbroken.

Now, Michael, the man who dogged his mate (we must relive this):

And gave us this iconic Tara moment:

(As we all know, she was not fine as she wanted to start a fling with Michael, but Keira took him off on a date)... has done an interview with OK! magazine saying that Sam and Tara were doomed from the start.

“I really liked both of them; however, I never thought it was a lifetime match.

“Dealing with ‘real outside world couple challenges’ was what ended it. True relationships are not just sitting around drinking free cocktails on an island and going on fancy dates.”

Righto, mate.

Michael also added that he thought he would have been a good fit for Tara, if he didn't go on that date with Keira:

“Tara and myself had a very good and strong bond on the island before Sam was involved. Who knows what could have happened if Keira didn’t take me away on that date?”

We just want Tara to be happy dammit!
