Over the last few weeks, we've seen My Kitchen Rules really amp up the drama when they delivered on their promise of an explosive argument between two teams, with one of them being kicked off of the show because of it.
Bachelor In Paradise also gave us a lot of drama, as expected, but will MasterChef follow suit?
Matt Preston was asked by Sydney Confidential if there will be any cheating or shocking moves on MasterChef this year and his response was pretty blunt.
"You can get drama by picking d***kheads but over the years we have picked less and less d***kheads."
He explained that he prefers "terrible TV talent" who can actually cook on the show, over "show ponies with 100,000 followers".
So, if you were expecting huge fights between MasterChef contestants this season, we're sorry to disappoint you, but the contestants will be focused on their food this season... especially since they're cooking for Prince Charles!
