It has been a few months since Tom Arnold left the jungle on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, but Tom has some unfinished business with the show.

Tom has officially filed a lawsuit against Network Ten. The reality star has stated that he is still owed a massive $US140,000 from his contract deal for his time spent in the jungle.

In his contract, the network offered him $US425,000 along with packaged deal that promised Tom his own Australian comedy tour. The only catch is, that tour never went ahead.

Tom’s lawyer Marty Singer, wrote in the court documents,Network Ten ensured Arnold that its depiction of Arnold on the Program would not endanger the Australian comedy tour. It was agreed orally and confirmed in writing that the guaranteed compensation to be paid for the two engagements, as a package, would be $425,000.”

Adding, “Plaintiffs agreed to the deal and blocked off Arnold’s schedule in prime summer months when he typically receives his best engagements and highest compensation.”

Tom is suing Network Ten and A-List Entertainment for fraudulent, negligent misrepresentation and breach of oral contract.

Tom has also slammed the network for the way they portrayed him on the show.

Throughout his time in the jungle, Tom’s 'bad attitude' was highlighted and he was portrayed as being one of the most unhappy contestants they have ever had on the series.

Tom has now claimed that the way he was viewed all comes down to the editing of the show and is blaming the show’s producers.
