How amazing did Beyoncé look only a month after giving birth to her twins?!
The post-baby body is something that many mums have started to strive for.
If you can bounce back to your normal weight straight after having a baby, you're a machine!
There's nothing wrong with wanting to look your best after having a baby, but ex-Biggest Loser trainer Tiffany Hall says that it shouldn't have to be a priority.
Whilst speaking to news.com.au, Tiffany says that the post-baby body puts a lot of pressure on mums to look perfect right after giving birth.
"There’s a lot of effort that goes into the bounce back.
"It’s so much pressure on new mums."
Tiffany is expecting her first child in September and says that she won't be running straight to the gym after giving birth.
"I’m not up for sacrificing time with my new baby to be pumping it out at the gym.
"My body has changed, and that’s all right. I have put on weight, but it’s beautiful, glorious weight."
The fitness guru explained that she initially thought she'd be able to exercise throughout her pregnancy, however various hospital visits have forced her to significantly alter her fitness regime.
"I knew I was pregnant the day after conception — I was so sick, like nothing I’d ever felt.
"I loved being active, and I loved my routine.
"But at the end of the day, all that matters is the baby. They have a plan, and I can’t interfere.
"I know bodies are adaptable, and when I need to get fit again I will."
