The Judy Garland classic it set to be released into iTunes to raise more funds for the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund and the British Red Cross.

A music insider revealed to The Sun, “Ariana’s team are working out behind the scenes what is necessary for the song to be released. But everyone’s confident there won’t be anything stopping it getting out there and continuing to help those affected by the tragedy.”

has revealed since the bombing, the iTunes donations will "help alleviate immediate suffering and ensure victims and their families do not face short-term financial difficulties."
