While most of us haven't even had the chance to see the 2017 reimagining of Stephen King's 'IT', let alone get over it, there's already a sequel on its way!
While IT's director, Andres Muschietti, confirmed that he was working on a script for a sequel back in July, the Lad Bible is now reporting that New Line Cinema is running with the movie.
The sequel is currently being labelled Part 2, and will follow the same characters from the most recent film, 30 years later.
Speaking with Variety, Andres said, "Part one is only about the kids. Part two is about these characters 30 years later as adults, with flashbacks to 1989 when they were kids."
IT follows a demonic clown named Pennywise who preys on the young children of a small town. It's a film adaptation of Stephen King's classic 1986 novel.
