An english woman has gone ahead and had the word 'vegan' tattooed above her eyebrow because, well, it's important for everyone to know her dietary requirements, obviously.
Fed up with explaining her life decisions to people, 22-year-old Kate Bullen took the burden away by permanently marking her face with the word 'vegan'.
Taking screenshots of pictures from Snapchat, fellow Twitter user Brad Loram uploaded photos from before and after Kate had her procedure.
"Now, I don't need to tell everyone I'm vegan every 5 minutes," she captioned the photo of her new ink.
Speaking to The Independent, Kate said that she doesn't regret her choice at all due to her passion behind the meaning.
"A lot of tattoos that people get don't necessarily have a meaning behind them but as I'm incredibly passionate about veganism and know that I'll be vegan for life, I wanted this one to be someplace visible," she said.
"I've had a lot of comments about being 'unemployable', which doesn't matter to me since I've been self-employed since I was 18. Besides it's easy to cover with make-up and a fringe.
"Of course the tattoo on my face received a lot of negative reactions in general, not because of the location of the tattoo but because people seem to get upset when they see the word 'vegan', which is something that I have grown used to on a daily basis."
Suddenly teardrop tattoos lose their edge when literally the most straighty-one-eighty people on the planet start getting ink on their face.
