Coffee lovers have another reason to rejoice today, with a new study from the Annals of Internal Medicine revealing that coffee may actually help you live longer. Yep, you read that correctly.
People who drank a cup of coffee a day were 12% less likely to die from cancer, the study found. And people who drank more than one, were 18% less likely to be affected.
One of the author's of the study, Veronica W. Setiawan, said in a statement. "If you like to drink coffee, drink up! If you're not a coffee drinker, then you need to consider if you should start."
