The Tiny Tots and Me Market kicks off for 2019 on June 9th at the Centenary Heights State School from 9am. The family favourite market caters to parents of young children with both brand new and preloved items on display. In addition, the event plays host to some of the region’s most popular food vendors, promises plenty of free activities for the kids, and features a variety of local talent.
The event gives small businesses in the Toowoomba Region an opportunity to showcase their local and handmade products. Toowoomba families wanting to sell their ‘loved but no longer needed’ wares will also be in attendance.
What: Toowoomba’s Tiny Tots and Me Market
When: Sunday June 9th, 2019. Doors open 9am
Where: Centenary Heights State School
Who: Local Toowoomba Regional Businesses & Families
This year attendees will be entertained by two local dance schools – Dancing Stars and Dance Central. Starting mid-morning and continuing throughout the day, the event gives local children the opportunity to build their confidence in front of large crowds.
Local businesses such as Fluff Bums and Mums and Funky Frog Designs have been attending for years and event organisers suspect June’s market will be the biggest yet.
The pet-friendly market welcomes all leashed animals but is held indoors making it the perfect winter activity. With ample parking right at the market’s entrance and street overflow parking, it is prepared for the large crowds it often attracts.
Organisers are hoping locals take the opportunity to support the event and small businesses in attendance.
