The 10km loop from South Perth to the CBD is a flat terrain with the option of grass or pavement – win! This is a beautiful route and a great one to incorporate some interval walking.
You can park your car off Scenic Drive or Tuart Car Park and choose from multiple scenic trails! The Zamia trail gets to 5km and dogs are welcome on all!!
We are blessed with the most beautiful coastline so running literally anywhere along the coast is amazing and primarily flat!
This 8km run is beautiful along the still river in the morning. Starting at Tompkins park in Alfred Cove and stretching up to Heathcote reserve, this route is nice and flat. Perfect for South of the River locals!
Lake Monger stretches 3.5km and is a great spot for new runners. As your running improves, you can set a goal to run the lake twice!
This track is not for the faint hearted, it stretches to 23km and has a fair few hills, so you want to make sure you are ready for this run. A beautiful run through the bush in the outer Eastern Suburbs, this is a good one for the weekend!
