These Fluffy Japanese Soufflé Pancakes Are Coming To Sydney!

Japanese street-style soufflé pancake makers Kumokumo are known for their pop-up restaurants across Australia and lucky for us, this October, they're are headed to the Sydney Night Noodle Markets in Hyde Park!

The ultra-fluffy pancakes come in the following mouth-watering flavours:

Original: Jarrah honey and whipped butter

Creme Brûlée: custard, cassonade sugar and berry compote

Black Sugar Boba: cream, black sugar and boba

Uji Matcha: Uji Matcha cream and red bean paste

Tiramisu: espresso cream, Kahlua and mascarpone

YUM!!!

Prices for soufflé pancakes range from $14.50 - $16.50. 

Fingers crossed we get to try these babies in October! 

Back in February, Japan’s world famous Gram soufflé-pancake chain finally opened in Sydney. If fluffy pancakes take over Sydney, this could be THE highlight of 2020!
