If you were like us growing up, we think it’s safe to say that we ALL loved Cabbage Patch dolls.

If you weren't allowed them yourself, we all had that friend who had so many we were jealous of them.

Well, it turns out that now these dolls are worth some epic amount of money.

They are literally being sold for thousands of dollars on eBay.

So yeah, thanks mum and dad, that extra $30 doesn’t seem so bad now does it?

A Cabbage Doll called Teresa Ann from 1985 was recently sold on eBay for a massive $2000 and another called Anna Greta from 1986 with bright red hair and a dummy was bought for $810.

They were both sold in April this year.

If your doll still has its adoption papers, you can expect even more money!

The very first release of Cabbage Patch Kids were called Little People, these dolls have extremely soft bodies, large thumbs, and wooden hair… these babies are also worth a wholeeee lot more and could definitely reach the thousands.

Cabbage Patch creator Xavier Roberts, copyrighted his designs back in 1976 and then sold the rights to company giant Giant Coleco in 1982.

It's believed that the dolls that were made before the sale are worth the most.

Who would’ve thought that our old dolls could one day pay for a Bali trip?
