Word And Mouth’s Battle Of The Bands 2018!

For one night only, it’s Word & Mouth’s Battle of the Bands, supported by FReeZA Push Start!

On Friday 24^th August from 6-11pm, come down to the McIntosh Centre, Shepparton Showgrounds to support our local musicians. The event is aimed at 12–25 year old soloists, duos and bands, but all ages are welcome to attend with a $5 entry fee.

Jim Gow, Project Manager at Word & Mouth, said that the event has been in high demand after previous year’s success.

“We continue to engage young people by putting on a range of events in Greater Shepparton. Nearly weekly we hear that there is nothing to do in the area for our youth and we are constantly looking to change that.”

Competing musicians have a chance to advance to a Regional Final, and ultimately play at the Push Over all-ages music festival in Melbourne next year.
