Will Flight From Melbourne Land In Orange Today?

There's a bit of concern in Orange today with a flight from Melbourne set to land on our tarmac at 2pm. 

New coronavirus rules came into place at midnight meaning all flights into the state are supposed to go to Sydney airport with passengers needing to enter mandatory hotel quarantine for 14 days at their own expense

But it doesn't seem like directives on how this will actually work have been handed down to airlines so the question stands: Will the flight from Melbourne land in Orange today?
