This morning on the show, Bec, Cosi & Lehmo were joined by Australian criminal and author John Killick, to tell us what it's like to escape prison!
John escaped Sydney's Silverwater prison in 1999 with the help of his partner, and spent 45 days on the run before being caught.
We asked how the idea for that escape happened and how they pulled it all off!
John has written his own book on his experience, The Last Escape, which is incredibly interesting.
