Over the last 24 hours we have been smashed with over 156 mm of rain for Cairns and 80 mm in Mareeba since 9am yesterday.
We are feeling the effects of Ex Tropical Cyclone Owen we caught up with someone from the Bureau of Meteorology to chat about the damage done and what is to come and how it could even potentially reform.
