A recent survey by Simone Hyde through Charles Sturt University is investigating how a nine till five working week can result in over worked and burnt out employees.
To remedy Victoria's current working practice, Simone suggests a four day working week for Victorians in an attempt to save Australians from the mental health issues associated with burnout.
