The mornings are getting colder and if that means it’s getting harder to convince yourself to leave the house for your morning sweat sesh, we have you covered!

 Biggest Loser trainer and our very own fitness expert, Libby Babet from the BUF Girls has you sorted with this 15-minute cardio workout with ZERO running involved!

What to do…

Grab a clock or download an interval timer app to your phone, setting it for 20-second rounds.

Next, choose 2 x exercises and do the first one for 20 seconds, then launch straight into the second one for a further 20 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds before doing it all over again, for five rounds all up! 

That’s already a third of your workout done and dusted, all you have to do is choose another pair and go again! Do this for 3 x pairs of exercises, totalling 15 minutes. 

You can use any of your favourite cardio moves, but here’s what Libby suggests – check the video for the right technique!
