Just last week news broke that Influenza A had infected over a dozen staff and patients at the Townsville General Hospital.
But there is great news to follow...
Infection control teams at the Townsville Hospital are being thanked for their hard work in stopping the spread of Influenza A.
After testing, it was announced that 15 staff and patients from one ward resulted 'positive' last week.
The outbreak has now been declared over.
