There's nothing better (even though it's hard) than getting together with some girlfriends and tackling Castle Hill.

You can either go hard core and be racing each other to the top, or take your time and use the cardio catch up as a goss sesh- however you treat it, local ladies love a trip up Castle Hill.

Now there's a Facebook group that has been created to keep you all as safe as possible while enjoying the Insta worthy icon.

Ladies of Castle Hill is a closed Facebook group that aims to warn others of any 'scum' who may be taking advantage of people on the hill.

"Let’s make it safe for all," says group creator Rach.

The group also has a great social vibe to it, allowing people who are looking for a hill buddy to team up.

"Post if you are looking for someone or are going to be on the Hill. Knowing we are not alone throughout our journey up and down can make all of the difference."

Since it's creation last night, the group already has 120+ members, and you can join here

YEAH THE GIRLS!
