Queensland's hopes of a quarantine facility in Toowoomba could be dashed unless its proposal undergoes a major revamp. 

Reports this morning suggest Canberra will agree to bankroll a similar plan down in Victoria, in a clear signal to the Palaszczuk government that it can be done.
Federal Government Okays VIC Quarantine Facility
On Friday June 4, Canberra will announce $200 million for a 500-bed facility in Victoria.
Prime Minister Scott Morrison previous slammed the Queensland Government's proposal for a 100-room facility for not being up to scratch.
