Thuringowa Telstra Upgrades Start Today, So It's Not Only Your Phone Playing Up

Last month, thousands of us woke up across Townsville to no NBN. 

Terrible. How can we go on like this?! 

But we managed...isn't that just amazing? 

This month Telstra are back at it with mobile upgrades for those of us living in the Thuringowa area. 

A warning text (or 2 or 3) was sent out to locals that ch-ch-changes were coming. 

Hopefully this will mean less 'what's going on with my reception?' questions on every Townsville Facebook group. 

The upgrades have begun today and will run for 7 days, with impacts to Thuringowa mobile reception expected. 

In the mean time, have conversations with the people in front of you and maybe learn how to send a letter instead?
