This is sure to bring some happy tears to your eyes!

After two surgeries and over a dozen chemotherapy sessions, 15-year-old Courtney "Coco" Johnson finished her final chemo session last week.

Usually when a teenager completes their sessions at the Children's Hospital Los Angeles, a huge celebration is thrown, however with the recent COVID-19 restrictions, this wasn’t able to happen for Coco.

But what the teenager didn’t know, was that her family and friends had teamed up to throw a special reverse-parade upon her arrival home, lining the streets with their cars and cheering!

Take a look and weep!

The video has quickly gone viral, wracking up 4.1 million views and being shared by John Krasinski!

Congratulations Coco, and welcome home!
