From today, local teams will recommencing training with some important changes which are mandatory for every session. These mandatory rules may be a lot to remember, but can be broken down into four seperate stages.

BEFORE TRAINING
- Register to play or train with Rugby Australia
- Have a shower
- Bring a water bottle
- Bring a small bottle of hand sanitiser that will fit in your pocket
- Download and activate the COVIDsafe App onto your phones
- Stay home if you have any signs of illness

WHEN YOU ARRIVE
- Do not walk across the oval to training
- Line up at arrival on marked 1.5 m spaces
- Wash your hands with hand sanitiser
- Register for training with the COVID Marshall
- NOTE: The change rooms and clubhouse are NOT open for people to get changed

DURING TRAINING
- Stay in your allocated group
- Wash your hands regularly with hand sanitiser
- Stay at least 1.5m apart
- Do NOT shake hands
- NO TACKLING, NO RUCKING, NO MAULING, NO LINE OUTS

WHEN YOU LEAVE
- Listen for the end of training. The COVID-19 Marshall will announce the end of training and automatically sign you out. NOTE: if you need to leave early make sure you register to leave the COVID-19 Marshall
- Wash your hands with hand sanitiser
- Have a shower when you get home
- Contact the club as soon as possible if you fall ill
