There are new rules governing New South Wales drivers!

There will be no second chances in NSW, with first time drink or drug drivers losing their licence on the spot! 

Not only will drivers have to hand over their licence, but they will also be hit with a hefty fine of $561 under new laws. 

The changes are part and parcel of a collection of reforms applied to the Road Safety Plan 2021, which aims to minimise the amount of road related accidents across the state.
