Thanks to Tropical Cyclone Owen, Melbourne is experiencing a month’s worth of rain in just one day. According to the Bureau of Meteorology, our city will receive a lashing of heavy rain, thunderstorms and destructive winds.
The result of the wild weather is reported flooding in several areas around town before 10am. VicEmergency have listed the warnings on their website, so if your area is prone to it, you may want to keep it handy.
