At one point in our lives, we all contemplated what it would be like to join the circus. Now that we’re adults, this might be the closest we will ever get!

There are more and more ways to exercise AND have fun these days. There’s Beyonce dance classes, fitness parties, and breakfast-time “raves”. However, this new trend known as Circus Fit has hit Sydney and it takes the cake.

The fitness class is a combination of strength and flexibility training combined with circus-like aerial trapeze movements. In the class, you use a low-hanging trapeze swing that’s attached to the roof. It’s about using your own body weight and gravity to make you stronger.
