If you love a good scare and can’t help but watch every horror movie there is, well, you’re in for a treat.

The fifth instalment in The Conjuring film series, The Nun, is here and it’s guaranteed to provide even more screams…

YouTube recently had to take down one of its ads for the film, because it was WAY to scary.

Basically, before other videos played on the platform, it came up as a 6-second pre-roll ad, showing a black screen with the volume/sound image displayed at the centre in order to trick viewers into thinking their volume controls were messing up.

Then, just as you turn up the volume, a scary sound plays and the terrifying ‘nun’ apps up to scare you.

The jumpscare ad was quickly taken down after backlash.

While the short clip has been removed, the full trailer is still up and running.

The Nun stars Taissa Farmiga, of American Horror Story Fame, and is set before the first Conjuring film.

Get ready for some good scares…
