The lunar eclipse is one of the most spectacular sights the sky has to offer. If you can get a good shot, it’s perfect for the ‘gram and watching it happen is definitely worth the early alarm.

On July 17th, the last lunar eclipse of the year will be visible in Melbourne, or at least partial eclipse anyway. You won’t have to get up too early to see it in all its glory either.

Look up to the sky at 7.30am to catch the sight before moonset begins at 7.38am. What a perfect way to start a Wednesday!
