The Best Wine In Australia Award Winners Have Been Announced!

Some very important news has been brought to our attention!
Arguably the most prestigious wine competition in the country, the 2020 Halliday Wine Companion Awards, have announced their top winery, wine maker and of course, wines of the year in the entire country.
Two of the major awards were won by South Australians, with Winery of the Year going to Jim Barry Wines in Clare Valley, SA, while Wine of the Year was awarded to 2016 Yangarra Estate Vineyard High Sands McLaren Vale Grenache, McLaren Vale, which James Halliday labels as “the king of Australian Grenache.”
