Tanya Hennessy Reveals She Was Meant To Be On I'm A Celeb Get Me Out Of Here!

What we would have given to have seen the hilarity that is radio host, author, TV presenter and all-round funny chick Tanya Hennessy play out in the jungle.
This morning on her national radio show, Tanya revealed that 'I'm A Celeb, Saturday Schoolies' host Scott Tweedie was keeping a secret of hers... uh but not for much longer. Tweeds revealed that Tanya was actually meant to be in the jungle on 'I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here' but had to turn it down for a heartbreaking reason.
While humbly saying she doesn't really see herself as a celeb (we disagree) Tanya says when approached by TV execs, she had just suffered a death in her family and revealed that she had to turn down the show, putting her mental health first.
She also added it was upsetting to see the show launch and air without being a part of it, but hopefully, another opportunity would come along... and we're CERTAIN that will be the case!
