Sydney Tower’s Restaurant & Rooftop Bar Have Received Glamorous Retro Makeovers!

Bar 83, Sydney Tower’s new rooftop cocktail lounge bar, perched 83 floors and 245 metres above street level, has recently undergone a glitzy makeover!

The highest bar in the city is set to open on September 25th and will serve up a bold array of specialty cocktails created by Award-winning bartender and beverage director, Jenna Hemsworth. Bar 83 says the cocktail list will “champion Australia’s seasonal produce and ingredients with international influences.”

We’ve never been tempted to treat ourselves to a fancy night out more than when we saw these pictures!

What was previously known as ‘360 Bar and Dining’ in now Infinity; a restaurant which promises to take diners on a “unique culinary journey amongst the clouds.”

Helmed by Head Chef Mike Dierlinger (who has worked in Michelin-star and hatted restaurants around the globe), the menu draws from Dierlinger’s travels and celebrates “the diversity of contemporary Australian cuisine, combining the finest local produce with international ingredients and flavours.”

Like Bar 83, Infinity has also received a swanky new look!

Also opening on September 25th, the revolving restaurant is taking reservations now!
