A warning for boaties and surfers to play it safe out on the water today, with another hazardous surf warning coming into affect for the Gold Coast later this afternoon..
An easterly swell continues to pound the coastline, and southerly winds are increasing strength up to 30 knots.
Council is keeping a close watch on our beaches for any severe erosion and scarping.
