Footage was released this week of a tragic incident that saw a young local man killed after he was chased down and beaten unconscious out the front of the Wyong Leagues Club.

During the popular and sometime controversial segment “Get Off The Fence” where both Gawndy & Ash are required to take a stance on divisive issues, Producer Matt asks the team whether there should be criminal charges for people who film incidents such as these instead of stepping in and acting. What ensued was a lively debate on how viable this is and just whether or not as a bystander it’s our responsibility to act when we see injustice.
