No, this isn't an early April fools... people are starting to argue that babies should be asked for consent before having their nappies changed, and MNC seems to be behind it.

The argument followed Russell Brand's call for a ban on tickling children, saying it's an invasion of their personal space.

This sparked an entirely different debate on whether changing a child's nappy "without consent" is also an invasion of their personal space, whether or not they're actually capable of giving said consent.
