A senior government minister has joined calls for a fresh inquiry into the deadly Luna Park Ghost Train fire.
Seven people, including six children, lost their lives in a horror blaze at the amusement park in 1979 . Three key new witnesses have come forward to supporting the claim that the cause of the fire was arson.
Energy and Environment Minister Matt Kean says that evidence can't be ignored:
"We need to get to the bottom of exactly what happened so the families can have closure and that justice can be seen to have been done," he said.
