Schoolgirls Catch Man Masturbating On Maitland Bus

A Scone man's been arrested at Maitland after he was allegedly caught masturbating while on a bus, in front of two schoolgirls.

The 15 year olds spotted the 59 year old performing the lewd act as the train-replacement bus traveled along Cessnock Road at 6:30pm last night.

They told the bus driver who ordered everyone off the bus.

The driver then detained the man until police arrived.

He's been charged with obscene exposure in a public place and committing an act of indecency towards a person under the age of 16.

He'll face Maitland Local Court today.
