There are reports of shots fired at Nepean Hospital in Sydney's west this afternoon.
Nine News are reporting that a man pulled out a knife and was shot by responding officers, although NSW Police have yet to confirm the incident.
Roads are currently being blocked off around Nepean Hospital, with ambulances being redirected away from the area.
