'Queer Eye' Icon Johnathon Van Ness Wants To Makeover One Of The Most Famous Australians Ever

In a brand new interview, Johnathan Van Ness, one of the glam faces of Queer Eye, revealed that he wants to makeover one of Australia's most famous faces... but not for the reasons you think.

Whilst being interviewed on Profile, the self-care guru was asked if he would makeover anyone, dead or alive, who would he choose and he chose former Australian Prime Minister Harold Holt.

Yes, we know!

Now, JVN insisted that he didn't want to makeover Harold because he thought he was ugly, he simply just wants to know what happened to him, like the rest of us!

For those who don't know, Harold Holt disappeared whilst swimming at a beach near Portsea, Victoria on December 17, 1967.

At the time, he'd only been Prime Minister for a year and was very fond of swimming and diving, with reports at the time suggesting that a strong undercurrent dragged him out to sea.

However, his body was never found.

There's currently a swimming pool named after him in Stonnington, Victoria, but how JVN found out about this Aussie mystery... is also a mystery.

But hey, good on him for being in the know!
