The 24-year-old woman who is accused of escaping Queensland hotel quarantine has faced Court.

Jessica Lee Heath has been accused of forcing open her glass door on August 3 and fled 115km before she was arrested four days later in Caboolture.

The 24-year-old appeared in the Brisbane Arrests Court on Monday, via video link.

The court heard that she has been charged with failure to comply with Covid-19 directives, wilful damage, breach of bail, and one count of stealing in Bowen Hills.

Ms. Heath did not apply for bail, and her case has been adjourned to August 24 in the Southport Magistrates Court.
