"Project into the Light" was created to raise awareness to men’s mental health within the Riverina. As part of this, founder Paul Macauley will be climbing 2 of the world’s biggest beasts – Mt Aconcagua in Argentina in January 2020 which is the highest mountain in the western and southern hemisphere and the highest mountain outside the Himalayans at an elevation of 6992 metres and the second most prominent peak in the world after Mt Everest. Then, in March 2021, Paul will attempt to summit Mt Everest with Himalayan Elite Expeditions.

Through his climbs Paul is hoping to raise $300,000 to put towards mental health services in the Riverina and in 2020 he plans on opening his own life coaching practice dedicated to men.

Paul stopped by the studio to share his story with Bronte & Sam and explain why it is so important to bring awareness to the issues that men face every day.
