Police Find Drugs Following Car Search on the Warrego Highway

A car searched by police near Roma on the Warrego Highway was found with drugs after the vehicle was intercepted at truck pads.

The vehcile was pulled over around 2am on Saturday (June 29).  A 31-year-old man was charged with:

• Possession of a dangerous drug
• Possession of drug utensils

A 37-year-old woman was charged with:

• Possession of property to be used in connection with drugs

Both offenders were issued with notices to appear in the Roma Magistrates Court on July 16.
