It's unclear what sparked the fire..

A vacant house has burnt to the ground in Singleton overnight.
Firefighters were called to Mary Street just before 9pm, where they found the home well alight.
A car was also destroyed in the inferno, while a neighbouring house suffered minor heat damage.

Police are investigating the cause of the blaze.
No one was injured.
