A woman in her 30s has a serious head injury after apparently jumping from a moving cab this morning.
It appears the woman slid open the back door and leaped out, while the maxi-taxi was driving south along Scarborough Street in Southport around 1:25 on Monday morning.
She was taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious condition.
Police are still investigating the incident.
