Newcastle Band Caught In Air Canada Flight Scare!
Passengers were sent flying
Hurricane Fall, safe after a mile high scare!
Newcastle Country-Rock group Hurricane Fall were on their way home from touring Canada, when a massive bout of turbulence hit their flight, sending anyone not wearing a seat-belt flying into the ceiling.
One of the band members, bassist Pepper DeRoy, was injured and taken to hospital, after an emergency landing in Honolulu.
The band took to social media to let their friends and family know they were safe, also praising the amazing staff who did an amazing job.
