New Website Launches On The Gold Coast Helping Match Students And Graduates With Employers

Study Gold Coast has launched a new initiative designed to connect students and graduates with local employers.

The online portal facilitates opportunities between job seekers and their chosen career industry, by offering easy to use search functionality and filtering. Employers can also use the platform to find suitable candidates for job postings. 

Opportunities may include internships, casual work, contracting, part-time or full-time employment. 

Study Gold Coast Chairman, the Hon Rob Borbidge AO, stated: 

“With over 200,000 students in the city employability is critical for our future success and the Gold Coast Student Jobs portal will ensure we continue to grow while meeting the demands of the local market.

"This Initiative will be a game changer for student employability and employers wanting to source potential job candidates on the Gold Coast by facilitating career pathways from education to industry, creating greater career opportunities and better employment outcomes for all.”

The site is accessible to all GC employers and students, and advertisements for work opportunities are free with no commissions charged for placements.
