Do you remember when last year, hundreds of people were scammed into attending the 'best festival ever' in the Bahamas, only to arrive to disaster tents set up instead of luxury villas, sh*tty meals and overall conditions so bad that attendees and performers were all determined to get the hell out of there?

Well, now Netflix has dropped a teaser trailer for a new documentary which focuses on “the insanity and rapid unraveling of Fyre Festival: the greatest party that never happened.”

The festival was endorsed on social media by major celebrity names and influencers, including Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid and Emily Ratajkowski, who all apologised for their part in the promotional campaign.

The event founder Billy McFarland was sentenced to six years in prison and ordered to pay $26 million USD for wire fraud.

Rapper Ja Rule also played a role as an organiser and faced more than a dozen lawsuits, however, claimed he had no idea about the scam.
