Nearly $100,000 in Community Grants Handed Out

Nearly $100,000 in grants will be going to 15 local community groups across Roma, Injune, Mitchell and Surat.

$20,000 will be spent on the Roma Men’s Shed and $10,000 will go towards a disabled toilet block and showers at the South West Drag Association.

Councillor Cameron O'Niel is backing the announcements, saying community groups are a pillar in our region and provide so many opportunities for residents to participate in a wide range of projects and activities.
