Revenue NSW is currently holding around $1.3 million in unclaimed money that belongs to Murrumbidgee region residents, according to the latest figures released by the state government.

We’re being encouraged to check whether any of it belongs to us, by using the search tool on the Revenue NSW website, or visiting a Service NSW centre to have a staff member search for you.

The unclaimed money can come from a range of different sources, including deceased estates, share dividends or bonds.

Across the state, Individual amounts range from $20 dollars in share dividends to a trust fund worth more than $1 million.
